Text Over Photos Disappears

by Donnie S.
(Raleigh, NC)

The Problem: When I place text in layout space (scaled to the desired plot size) over viewports of photos drawn in model space the text goes behind the photo and can't be seen.

If I place the text over the photos in model space it can be seen, but since the photo layout space viewports are at different scales to show different levels of detail, the text is at different sizes from one photo to the other in layout space and when plotted.

It takes a great deal of time to resize the text by trial and error on the model space photos for them to be all the same size in layout space.

If there is a way to make the text show up when done over the photos in layout space (all one size), it sure would simplify things and save a lot of time.

I have tried to bring the text to the front, send the photos to the back, Draw Oder texttofront, Draw Order photos to back in layout space & model space, and nothing works so far. Please help.
