Layer Properties Manager Overrides

by Charles
(LA, CA)

Is it possible to change a layer color in sheet file, so that it always updates when background files are updated?

I am having an issue where the layer colors remain unchanged in my sheet files, even though I have changed them in my background file.

Thank you

If you mean "background" as in a Xref, then yes. but it will apply to all sheet drawing layers to match your background layers colors. In your sheet drawing type "VISRETAIN" and set to "0".
