How to Turn OFF Layers in AutoCAD When Plotting to PDF?

When I plot to a PDF file, the layers from my AutoCAD drawing also show up on the left hand side.

I need my PDF's to NOT show the layers.

How can I turn off that feature?

Choose "Publish", then choose the "Publish Options Dialog Box"... there you can specify if you want the layer information included or excluded from a published PDF or DWF file.
