The robust and open architecture of the AutoCAD platform enables the user to customize each command.Right clicking on any button, will allow the user to create and associate a series of macros to reduce the steps required for a task.In addition, the bit map linked to the command button can be edited as well.Right clicking on the macro enabled button allows for the editing of the command button bitmap.

Comment I'd like to see an example of this.
I have found several useful lisp routines and shortcuts that I use from http://www.cad-design-and-drafting-services.com/free-autocad-lisp-routines.html and the Hot tip Harry book.
Would anybody have an example of how I could add a button in AutoCAD to run a lisp routine automatically?
