And I'm Using Auto cad Software for more than 4 years, I'll give some tips on how to produce your amoeba shape design.

For that you can Use the Command Sketch and keep the points from 0.1 to 0.5 and drag the mouse by clicking the left button on the button, it allows you to deign your own shape rather than the shape performed normally.

And the new Symbol Trim command turns the layer on and moves the pipe to the back hiding the pipe behind the symbols making it appear to be “trimmed” at the intersections.
