AutoCAD LT 2D to 3D

If I was given a 2D floor plan in AutoCAD LT 2009 is it possible to make it into a 3D drawing that looks presentable?

Not a 3d wire drawing but something solid that looks nice.

It is a layout for an office building so there are a lot of furniture blocks and details.
