AutoCAD 3D Edges - MISTAKE

Ok, guys the problem I have is, that I have been drawing the plans of a house in AutoCAD.

When I was going to make the 3d of the house I notice some lines where in other edges, so walls didn't matched! (I didn't notice because in the top view, everything seemed fine)

What can I do to put all the line in one edge?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "edges". Could you explain a little better what you mean? I assume that you are using solids by extruding then dividing or subtracting.
